About me

Practice leadership, delivery, and the classroom — same person, same stack.

I've spent a decade climbing toward the title, and refusing to leave the tools behind. Eleven years at Erasmith Technologies — practice consultant to cybersecurity business head — and I still build the plugins, configure the vault, and run the workshops myself. CyberArk PAM, Privilege Cloud, EPM, SAML, MFA, API automation: not delegated, not outsourced. An implementation that can't survive its first year without me wasn't finished — training the operators is how it survives without me.

At Erasmith, I lead cybersecurity and stay hands-on — identifying technologies and partners, running delivery teams, and keeping customer relationships and renewals honest, while still executing CyberArk PAM and IAM end to end, sustainment included. POCs, RFPs, requirements, and solution design stay on my desk. So do plugin development, API automation, and customer training: I'd rather leave operators who can run the vault than a slide pack they can't defend.

Implemented monitoring and discovery (TrueSight, ADDM) for estates including NI Dubai, AP Treasury, and TechM. That is where I learned to map messy infrastructure before I started vaulting it — and to teach the operations team the model, not just hand over a console.

CyberArk Guardian. CDE — PAM, Privilege Cloud, and Access. Training is how those certificates leave the lab: I run customer enablement on the same products I implement.
